Images Never Generating
Having issues generating images? Check here for more info and help!
Symptoms
If you are having images that are queued for generation for an extremely long time (like the below screenshot), there are two likely and common causes.

Resolution Steps
First off, check if there is a known outage at https://status.mythweaver.co.
If there is NOT an outage, move on.
Next, open Developer Tools if using Chrome or Brave. Other browsers will have similar options. We are looking for the developer tools console, which can check if we are encountering any errors.
Based on what you see in the developer console, we'll have one of two options.
1) If you see something like WebSocket Connection Failed...

If you have a WebSocket connection failure error, we need to resolve that issue. Right now your images are generating just fine, but our servers can't tell the app when they are done!
Turn off any antivirus running on your computer (just briefly, we will turn this back on, but we are trying to rule antivirus out as the culprit blocking our connection) and refresh your page.
If you don't see any WebSocket connection errors, try to generate an image again.
If generating images still doesn't work, check your developer console for a WebSocket connection issue.
If there are no WebSocket connection errors... something weird is going on. Email us at
[email protected]and take a break.If there are WebSocket connection issues, move on to step #3 below!
If generating images DOES work...
WOO! Okay, now we need to figure out how to add an exception to your antivirus software to allow WebSocket connections to
sockjs-us3.pusher.co. Unfortunately there are a million different antivirus software providers so we can't tell you exactly how to do this, but this should be pretty discoverable online.Turn your antivirus back on (with the exception added)
Double check image generation now works.

2) If you don't see any errors related to WebSocket Connections
If you don't see any WebSocket errors in your developer console, contact [email protected], either you are experiencing some new issue we don't know about, or there's an outage that we haven't logged yet, and this will help us!
